Kings Square is part of the wider Perth City Link project initiated by the WA State Government, City of Perth and the Federal Government. Not only is Leighton Properties developing Kings Square, they and Mirvac Group are now part of the bigger picture following WA Planning Minister John Day’s announcement in December 2013 naming a 50:50 joint venture between the two companies as the preferred developer for Perth City Link.
